Iwas looking at Canada reverse mortgage as an option for my parents. It seems like a good option to get some equity out of their home that nobody will actually need after they pass away. I am really thinking about this option so that they can have a decent life in their final age.

Browsing the Internet I have found a lot of options for Canada reverse mortgages. I was told I should be very careful in choosing the right one, since I don’t want my parents to be kicked out of their own home or something. Living in US I hope that Canadian reverse mortgages are better protected by law than reverse mortgages in US. I heard some horrible stories about people taking on that option and I will go through the contract and Canadian laws before I sign anything.
